Vendor Information

To reserve your vendor table(s) for this year’s contest, you must:

1. Download and complete the Vendor Request Form, and submit it via e-mail or by mail.
2. Process your payment online using a credit/debit card, OR via check by mail (see vendor form for mailing instructions).

We have 40  ZERO vendor table spaces still available as of 8/26/18. Each 8ft table space costs $25. Once we have received both your completed form and payment, your table(s) will be reserved.

There will be no refunds of vendor table fees after 9/1/18.

VENDOR TABLES HAVE SOLD OUT.  However, sometimes there are cancellations.  Please contact us if you’d like to be on the waiting list.
